We do not have any discounts during our Winter/Spring season. Rates are all ready 20-30 % less than Summer/Fall.

Discounts do not apply to any gift certificates (bedandbreakfast.com, bnbfinder, minnesota bed & breakfast association). We pay 15-20% to gift certificate companies. Exception - MacArthur House B&B gift certificates.
