Winter/Spring - rates are reduced for low season --  discounts do not apply.

Summer/Fall     10% discount for AARP/Senior, Art Colony, or North House Folk School

Cancellations require a 10 day advance notice. If you cancel a room with less than 10 days notice and we are unable to rebook the room, you will be held financially responsible for reservation dates that have been set aside for you.         

 All rates are subject to change and are based on double occupancy.   

   Check In:   3:00 p.m.    Check Out:    11:00 a.m.

Rates are subject to a 10.5% state/local tax.

Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit on MC and Visa

$50 charge for  3rd occupant in the LaBerta Suite.    All other rooms are 2 person occupancy.

No Pets Please  -  Residence Cats  -  Macy and Emma - cats not allowed in guest areas

Discounts do not apply to any gift certificates (bedandbreakfast.com, bnbfinder, minnesota bed & breakfast association)  Exception - MacArthur House B&B gift certificates.
